A file- and document managing system was created for an engineering company. It simplifies their administrative tasks and contributes to a more efficient way of working.

A document management tool was created by Quality Software for a bank and insurance group. It manages different templates and facilitates in creating them. The user can easily and efficiently work with documents, statutes and acts, which results in a smaller fault rate and has a measurable time profit.

Market information management

Collect all market information and share it with the users. That was the assignment we got from an international financial agency. Quality Software developed it and made the most recent market information available for everyone.

Software for financial analysis and reporting

Together with our business partner, Quality Software develops and maintains a user friendly application for accountants and company auditors, which allows them to create the annual report for their customers. It integrates all elements, for which they used to have different programs : create and publish year reports, declaration of company taxes, calculate internal balances, different analysis, reports or notes. This puts an end to those transfers of data from one application to another.

Management of insurance policies, maturities, claims

For an independent insurance broker, Quality Software created an application which allows the broker to manage customers, insurance companies, policies, maturities and claims.

Administrative efficiency

A construction company, specialized in glass constructions, needed a detailed application for the administrative preparation, planning and follow up of production and Construction combines and connects with SAP Business One, which handles the accounting and financial follow up afterwards. Quality Software gladly provided a tailored application.

Work planning and stock management in one single click

Quality Software developed an application for a bicycle manufacturer who was in need of an application that would simplify his customer and supplier management, next to supply and work planning. The management of his wholesale- and retail sales would have been a nice add on. We happily obliged and provided him with an application that resulted in a better customer service and – communication platform.

Organizing buying and selling activities

Numisoft is a management system for professional estimations and advisements for coin collections and trading in jewelry and precious metals. It organizes the administration and buy/sell activities.

Efficient sales software

For an outlet store having multiple locations, Quality Software developed an inventory management- en touch screen cash register system. All daily revenues, supply management, etc. are centrally managed – from a distance.

Fingerprint access

A franchiser from a large department store needed an access control system in combination with time registration. For security reason the fingerprint was chosen as the controlling item. Quality Software wrote the software and provided the needed hardware.

Administrative back-end support

A back school and prevention centre was in need of tailored software to support the centre administrable. All activities are taken in to account : customers, courses, calendar management and invoice management. Our back was at ease will developing this software application.

Automating quotations

Quality Software developed a quotation generating application for a construction company. The system provides in a quotation, automatically generated, based on a template of standard quotation from a central database. De quotations are printed from and exported to Word, directly from our application. After customer approval, an order confirmation is automatically generated, and a file is opened, containing all project documents and data.
