Prior study

An experienced consultant will be with you for a whole day. He follows your activities and processes and talks with you concerning your software needs – the tasks you want to automate or integrate.

Afterwards, you receive a report, Vision, which is an evaluation of your current system and a description of the possibilities in the new application. Along with this report, you will get the quotation, the budget proposition for the development of this application.

Detailed analysis

If you approve our report and accept the quotation, we will start the detailed analysis. This analysis will be executed at your company and will take 1 or 2 weeks. This detailed analysis, the software development plan, will present a visual representation for the functionalities and possibilities of the software.

2. Development – Testing – Adjustment

• The software will be developed in your company
• You will be kept posted about the progression and will receive a first prototype quickly. From that moment on, we will make adjustments till we deliver the full product.
• Evaluation meetings are planned on a regular base.

3. Education and post care

• Education on using the software (individual and/or in group)
• Telephone support available afterwards
• Fast and efficient bugs responses
• Extensions remain possible
